today’s run. I took a break for about 6 days due to company visiting my house so I was busy spending time with them and stuff. This is behind where I wanted to be by now…but oh well. Habits take time to form and nothing is instant, I have to remember that.
today’s run! My goal on Nike+ was 2.25 and I exceeded it. My pace was actually around 10:30, it just got screwed up on the counter because I walked the last bit and then also walked to my car without stopping the counter.
I know it’s extremely early in the game to be thinking about this.. but the Disney marathon. I could run the half marathon. I don’t know when, but I could. I’m gonna shoot for 2014, either half or full marathon. I just wanna do it. I was at DisneyWorld this year for the first time and it was the same weekend that the marathon was and it just looked so amazing.
Today’s run. Accomplished 2 miles! I only felt so-so immediately after the run though, due to muscle soreness and the fact that I’m still catching up on sleep after a drunken Saturday night. Same goal for tomorrow!
